Review of Paperform. Best Enquiry Forms For Websites

Hi guys. I want to introduce you to a company that I use for my business, and they play a significant role in helping me generate leads for my clients.
I’ve been using them since 2019, and they are called Paperform.

The company is based in Sydney, Australia, a husband and wife with a team of 20 support people now and was a startup in one of the most competitive industries in the world. Form builders for websites.

Absolutely awesome people. Great service, excellent support. And these guys are dedicated to making Paperform the best form building platform in the world for generating leads or getting people to make an enquiry on a website.
I think it already is the best in the world, and every week we get emails about new updates and extra things that they are adding value to the platform, which blows me away.

The time and effort they put into making this form building platform incredibly powerful are amazing.
I won’t go through all the features as there are just too many however I will highlight the ones that are important to me in my lead generation business.

100% success rate of clients receiving leads.

I started using Paperform to overcome the issue of clients not always getting the emails from the contact forms on their websites. This became a big issue for me so I was looking for something more reliable.

The leads that come through using Paperform get to every client 100%.

Now that might not sound like something that’s a problem, but let me tell you it is a massive problem using other systems such as contact form 7 and more. The barriers are spam filters, servers blocking emails and so on which makes it an absolute nightmare.
So using PaperForm, I’ve had a hundred per cent delivery. for over 2 years now…..every lead has gone through to the clients.
And, you know, a lot of these sites generate a lot of leads using this great tool.

Paperform has another handy system built into its form.

Anti-spam filter built right into the form.

So if they start getting hackers or spammers or people from overseas who are, you know, clearly they’re trying to abuse the page, they get blocked immediately. So, you know, very, very cutting, very clever.

So you can embed the lead form, you can build landing pages, heaps, and heaps of templates that you can choose. Or if you want to build a landing page with a form built into it and send people to that as opposed to a website.
You can have event registration, you can take payments, Stripe, Braintree, PayPal. , there’s another one.

You can make videos and do all sorts of things, surveys and quizzes. And that, that is just the tip of the iceberg of what they can do.

And having an intuitive form gets a lot of engagement from the people.
But that’s not all, I want to take you inside a campaign. I’ve got to block out the people’s details for obvious, obvious reasons, but you’ll still get the gist of what I’m telling you.
Fantastic user analytics that shows if you have had a 51% drop-off because of that questions as example, that is critical data. That question is very important to the client, they insist on having it, but as you can see, it’s actually making people leave as it has a 51% drop off rate. Meaning 51% of the people leave before completing the form!

Paperform has analytics =Pure Gold

Analytics on the contact form is very useful

The analytics part of Paperform is amazing for helping conversions. There are partial submissions or submissions and all sorts of stuff to help you optimize your forms, I don’t want to go on all day about it. It is brilliant. I suggest you try it. If you do any type of leag generation, if you want to get leads from any website or if you want to do quizzes or surveys or anything at all like that Paperform is for you.

Partial Submissions

partial submission data paperform

Partial submissions is also a great tool to boost conversions. I find if you ring these people or email them and mention that they did not complete the form they really appreciate the call/email and respond very positively. Someone does care!
We get a 40% conversion rate from partial submissions so it’s worth considering changing to Paperform to see how many people drop off your forms and how many do a partial submission. They may have been interrupted or not sure if the product was right for them and lost confidence. Who knows but if you call them they generally respond well and will go ahead and make an enquiry over the phone or email.

Give PaperForm a try. I highly recommend them. They have changed my business. You have no idea, paper, form paper for how much you’ve changed my business. I would spend at least three or four hours a week or more negotiating with clients trying to work out, you know, the best way to get leads to them. So they don’t go to spam.
They don’t go to get blocked by the server and all the rest of it. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant company. Okay. That’s all for me.
